Hadassah Academic College Jerusalem, located on Hanevi'im Street, the Street of the Prophets, outside the Old City walls, is the only college in downtown Jerusalem. It is an academic college that prepares young men and women from all walks of life to enter professions that are essential to the economic health as well as the future growth of the State of Israel. This mission honors the innovative yet practical spirit of its founders, the women of Hadassah.

HAC, established and supported by Hadassah, the Women's Zionist Organization of America was in 2006, rated as the #1 college in Israel according to the Consumer Reports of Higher Education in Israel, out of all 22 Israeli colleges.
